APPLICATION OF THE PRODUCT HOW SHOULD I APPLY TOTAL RF SERUM?
Applying evenly to your face in the morning and evening, after cleansing and toning, and before moisturising. Allow the serum to dry before proceeding to the following step for best results. Avoid contact with the eyes. Designed to improve any R+F regimen.
As with any product, people with sensitive skin should patch test Total RF Serum before applying it to their entire face.
WHEN SHOULD I APPLY THE TOTAL RF SERUM?
Total RF Serum can be used both in the morning and at night.
HOW DO I REFILL MY TOTAL RF SERUM?
Keep the glass bottle for refilling.
1. To refill, detach the pump from the glass base and remove the transparent cover. [See Fig. 1]
2. Remove the pump from the inner vial. Recycle the inner vial and clear cap in accordance with your municipality’s regulations. The pump should be disposed of away. [See Fig. 2]
3. Screw REFILL onto the glass bottle to secure it. [See Fig. 3]
HOW DO I ORDER A REFILL OF THE TOTAL RF SERUM?
All the TRF Serum replenishment and Consultant Replenishment Program (CRP) orders will be automatically switched to the refill for the second and subsequent orders. Total RF Serum Refill can also be purchased on an as-needed basis.
HOW LONG CAN TOTAL RF SERUM BE USED?
Total RF Serum is designed to last 60 days when used twice daily with one pump each time. However, it should be noted that specific consumers may prefer to utilise more based on personal preference.
IS IT COMMON FOR TOTAL RF SERUM TO LEAK FROM THE GLASS VIAL?
Due to the refillable packaging of Total RF Serum, a very tiny percentage of glass vials may leak during transportation and distribution. While this is a typical occurrence in the industry for refillable packaging, it does not meet our high-quality standards.

PRODUCT SAFETY
WHAT DO I DO IF I ENCOUNTER IRRITATION OR THINK I AM ALLERGIC TO TOTAL RF SERUM?
If the face area becomes irritated, stop using Total RF Serum for a few days until the skin recovers. If you are concerned about an allergy, first speak with your doctor and then (with their approval) try a
sensitivity patch test before beginning to use Total RF Serum as follows:
• To your Jawline or Neck - Apply a small amount of the serum.
• Repeat this process three times in the same area as initially applied for three days.
• Observe for any signs of redness, dryness, irritation or swelling.
CAN I USE Total Serum by RF IT IF I AM PREGNANT?
Before making any changes to your skincare routine - we recommend that any pregnant or nursing woman confers with her doctor about her current products.
MY SKIN IS BREAKING OUT AFTER USING THE TOTAL R+F SERUM. WHICH ACTION SHOULD I TAKE?
This may be due to your skin becoming accustomed to a new skincare product. If you were not previously on an acne-targeting regimen, You might encounter a few breakouts throughout the first six weeks of use. Total RF Serum is non-comedogenic, which means it won’t clog your pores.
I’M USING TOTAL RF SERUM, BUT I HAVE SENSITIVE SKIN. WHAT SHOULD I DO?
We recommend you test the product using the following instructions for three days, three times a day:
• Apply a small amount of Total RF Serum on your jawline or neck.
• When you test again, reapply the product to the identical area as the original application.
• Observe any signs of redness, dryness, irritation, or swelling.
• If concerned about sensitivity to a product used near the eye area. Apply the product on either temple area three times a day for three days, and watch for redness, irritation, swelling or watering eyes. Stop using the product if this occurs.
• If you determine you are sensitive to Total RF Serum, discontinue use. Consulting your physician for further testing to determine which ingredient(s) may be the issue so that you may avoid using products containing that ingredient in the future.
