Use the REDEFINE Regimen twice daily in the AM + PM and use the REDEFINE AMP MD System on the face and/or neck three times a week, slowly increasing to nightly use as tolerated, avoiding the eye area.

STEP 1: Cleanser
REDEFINE Daily Clay or Foaming Cleanser
1. Remove makeup and cleanse face with REDEFINE Cleanser.

Apply AM + PM
As a Cleanser: 
1. Wet skin and gently massage evenly over the face. 
2. Rinse well + pat dry.

As a Mask:
1. Apply to dry skin.

Using REDEFINE Daily Foaming Cleanser
Apply AM + PM
1. Wet skin and gently massage evenly over the face.

Step 2: Toner
REDEFINE Pore Refining Toner
Use AM + PM
1. After cleansing, use an ESSENTIALS gauze pad to apply over the face + neck.
2. Do not rinse.
3. Allow drying.

Step 3 AM: Moisturise
REDEFINE Triple Defense Cream or Lotion Broad Spectrum SPF 15
1. Apply liberally and evenly over face + neck.

Step 3 PM: Derma-Roller
AMP MD Derma-Roller
1. Gently roll over skin 4–10 passes, changing direction (vertical, horizontal, diagonal) with each pass. Focus on one area (forehead, left side, right side, chin, neck) before moving on to the next section. Total rolling time should not exceed one minute.
2. Rinse the derma-roller under warm water after each use. Twice per week, clean thoroughly with AMP MD Purification Tablets, using a new tablet each time.

Step 4 PM: Serum 
REDEFINE Intensive Renewing Serum
1. Twist off the capsule tail.
2. Smooth serum over face and neck. Do not rinse off.

WARNING: When using Intensive Renewing Serum, avoid contact with fabrics, which may turn yellow by using this retinoid product.

Step 5: Moisturise
REDEFINE Overnight Restorative Cream or Reparative Lotion  
Use PM
1. Apply liberally and evenly over face + neck.

Use the REDEFINE AMP MD Purification Tablets twice weekly.

1. Fill Cleansing Vial with very warm water to marked fill line.
2. Drop one Purification Tablet into the water and immediately immerse the derma-roller in a purification solution.
3. Wait approximately 15 minutes.
4. Remove the derma-roller and rinse thoroughly under very warm running water. Do not allow the roller to remain in the purification solution overnight.

How do I choose between REDEFINE Daily Clay Cleanser + REDEFINE Daily Foaming Cleanser?
Both the cleansers gently exfoliate and remove daily impurities and makeup from the skin. For best results, follow these steps at least three nights per week, ramping up to every night:

1. Cleanse with the REDEFINE Daily Clay Cleanser or Foaming Cleanser + follow with the REDEFINE Pore Refining Toner. Always follow directions + read warnings before use.
2. Use the AMP MD Derma-Roller, divide face into sections (forehead, right side, left side, chin, nose, neck) + with moderate, comfortable pressure, roll the AMP MD Derma-Roller over each section 4-10 times, changing directions with each pass: vertically, horizontally, in a diagonal from upper left to lower right + in a diagonal from upper right to lower left.
3. After rolling, apply the contents of one REDEFINE Intensive Renewing Serum capsule to your entire face + neck.
4. Follow with the REDEFINE Overnight Restorative Cream or REDEFINE Overnight Reparative Lotion.

I'm using the REDEFINE Regimen and my skin is breaking out. What should I do?
If you were not previously on an acne-targeting Regimen, this may be due to your skin acclimating to a new skincare Regimen. During the first six weeks of usage, you may experience temporary dryness or a few breakouts.  Both REDEFINE Triple Defense Cream Broad Spectrum SPF 15 or REDEFINE Defense Lotion Broad Spectrum SPF 15 are non-comedogenic + will not clog pores. However, if you have oily skin, the lighter Lotion might be a better option for you.

If you are still experiencing breakouts after six weeks, use the UNBLEMISH Refining Acne Wash in place of the REDEFINE Cleanser every morning, then follow with the REDEFINE Pore Refining Toner + REDEFINE Triple Defense Cream or Lotion with Broad Spectrum SPF 15. For added benefits, three mornings a week use the ENHANCEMENTS Micro-Dermabrasion Paste as directed.

I'm using the REDEFINE Regimen and my skin is dry. What should I do?
Skin + skincare needs change over time. Dryness could be the result of a few things such as changes in diet, poor hydration, extreme weather, your activity level or changes in your skincare routine.  If you experience dryness with REDEFINE Triple Defense Lotion Broad Spectrum SPF 15 you might try medium-weight REDEFINE Triple Defense Cream Broad Spectrum SPF 15 instead.

To address topical dryness and flaking we recommend exfoliation: Substitute the ENHANCEMENTS Micro-Dermabrasion Paste for the REDEFINE Cleanser two to three times a week in the morning to promote maximum gentle exfoliation. So, on those mornings your routine will be: ENHANCEMENTS Micro-Dermabrasion Paste, REDEFINE Pore Refining Toner + REDEFINE Triple Defense Cream Broad Spectrum SPF 15 or REDEFINE Triple Defense Lotion Broad Spectrum SPF 15.

If your skin continues to appear dry, you may need extra moisture as your skin acclimates. Here are a few suggestions for you: Consider adding the R+F Active Hydration Serum. Apply Active Hydration after you cleanse and tone your skin and before you apply the AM or PM moisturiser. Hydrated skin not only looks healthier but is also primed to more readily accept ingredients from products that are layered on top.

I'm using the REDEFINE Regimen and my skin is oily. What should I do?
The REDEFINE Regimen is formulated for all skin types. If your skin feels too oily while using the REDEFINE products, be sure to allow the REDEFINE Triple Defense Cream Broad Spectrum SPF 15 or REDEFINE Triple Defense Lotion Broad Spectrum SPF 15 to dry prior to applying any makeup. The REDEFINE Triple Defense Lotion Broad Spectrum SPF 15 may be the best choice for oily skin types.

Can I use the REDEFINE AMP MD System in the morning?
For best results, we recommend you use the REDEFINE AMP MD System in the evening because sleeping increases the receptivity of its beneficial ingredients. In the morning, always use sunscreen because the Retinal in our REDEFINE Intensive Renewing Serum may increase photo-sensitivity. Also, sun exposure diminishes the efficacy of Retinal.

Can you share the AMP MD Derma-Roller with someone else?
The AMP MD Derma-Roller is recommended for use on one person.
