IF I HAVE ACTIVE ACNE OR SENSITVE SKIN, CAN I USE THE REDEFINE AMP MD SYSTEM?
REDEFINE AMP MD System is not recommended for use on sensitive skin or skin with active acne.

CAN I USE THE REDEFINE AMP MD SYSTEM IN THE MORNING?
For best results, we recommend you use the REDEFINE AMP MD System in the evening because sleeping increases the receptivity of its beneficial ingredients. In the morning, always use sunscreen because the Retinal in our REDEFINE Intensive Renewing Serum may increase photo-sensitivity. Also, sun exposure diminishes the efficacy of Retinal.

CAN YOU SHARE THE AMP MD DERMA-ROLLER WITH SOMEONE ELSE?
The AMP MD Derma-Roller is recommended for use on one person.

IS THERE A SUGGESTED RAMP UP USAGE SCHEDULE WHEN FIRST INTRODUCING THE REVERSE REGIMEN INTO MY ROUTINE?
Even if you are a current user of REVERSE, we encourage you to go through the ramp up process to make sure you don’t experience any unwanted dryness or irritation caused by trying new products.

To ramp up we suggest using the REVERSE Deep Exfoliating Cleanser, REVERSE Intensive Brightening Toner, and REVERSE Tone Correcting Treatment once every other day for the first week. Increase to twice daily as tolerated. Use a gentle cleanser, toner, and moisturiser when not using the Regimen.

WHAT PRODUCTS CAN I USE ON THE OFF TIMES WHILE I RAMP UP WITH REVERSE REGIMEN?
We recommend that you use mild cleansers, moisturisers and sunscreens as you ramp up to using the REVERSE Regimen twice a day. Avoid other products containing Retinols, Alpha-hydroxy Acids such as Glycolic, or any scrubs and mechanical brushes, as these can result in irritation. The SOOTHE Regimen is a good option.

HOW DO I USE THE REDEFINE AMP MD SYSTEM WITH THE REVERSE REGIMEN?
For best results, follow these steps at least three nights per week, ramping up to every night:

1. Cleanse with the REVERSE Deep Exfoliating Cleanser + follow with the REVERSE Intensive Brightening Toner.  Always follow directions + read warnings before use.
2. Use the AMP MD Derma-Roller, divide face into sections (forehead, right side, left side, chin, nose, neck) + with moderate, comfortable pressure, roll the AMP MD Derma-Roller over each section 4-10 times, changing directions with each pass: vertically, horizontally, in a diagonal from upper left to lower right + in a diagonal from upper right to lower left.
3. After rolling, apply the contents of one REDEFINE Intensive Renewing Serum capsule to your entire face + neck.
4. Follow with the REVERSE Tone Correcting Treatment.

I HAVE JUST A FEW DARK MARKS, CAN I JUST USE THE REVERSE REGIMEN ON THOSE SPOTS?
Visible brown spots on the skin’s surface indicate more damage below. If dullness or discolouration is your primary concern, we developed the REVERSE Regimen to be a full-face solution to address both the visible signs of sun damage, as well as those less visible signs.

For those stubborn dark marks and patches that just won’t go away, we suggest using REVERSE Targeted Dark Spot Corrector with your Regimen for boosted results.

WILL THE REVERSE REGIMEN HELP IMPROVE THE APPEARANCE OF MY LINES AND WRINKLES?
Retinol and Vitamin C are both powerful anti-ageing skincare ingredients. In our clinical study, 73% of participants noticed fewer fines lines and smoother skin after just 4 weeks of use.

I FEEL A WARMING SENSATION WHEN APPLYING REVERSE TONE CORRECTING TREATMENT, WHY?
A high concentration of Vitamin C can cause a warming sensation on the skin, especially for those who are more sensitive to it. REVERSE Tone Correcting Treatment features a 10% Vitamin C blend. Even if you are a current user of REVERSE Brightening, we encourage you to go through the ramp up process to make sure you don’t experience any unwanted dryness or irritation from trying new products.

To ramp up we suggest using the REVERSE Deep Exfoliating Cleanser, REVERSE Intensive Brightening Toner, and REVERSE Tone Correcting Treatment once every other day for the first week. Increase usage of the REVERSE Deep Exfoliating Cleanser, REVERSE Intensive Brightening Toner to twice daily and use the REVERSE Tone Correcting Treatment every night as tolerated. Use a gentle cleanser, toner, and moisturiser when not using the Regimen.

Stop use if you experience an allergic reaction.

DOES THE REVERSE REGIMEN PERMANENTLY DIMINISH BROWN SPOTS?
The REVERSE Regimen is designed to address the appearance of uneven skin tone and gently clears away dead, dulling, discoloured skin cells. It does not promise to permanently fade or lighten brown spots and other skin tone unevenness. After using the REVERSE Regimen and obtaining your desired results, if you are extremely diligent about using a sunscreen and limiting exposure to sun, you should be able to maintain your results. However, understand that a single day of unprotected sun exposure can virtually undo months of hard work. Apply sunscreen every day and reapply it every two hours when exposed to sunlight. If you begin to see dull skin developing, return to using the REVERSE Regimen.

I'M USING REVERSE AND MY SKIN IS DRY. WHAT SHOULD I DO?
The REVERSE Regimen brightens with Kojic Acid and Bearberry Extract, and also exfoliates skin with Alpha-hydroxy Acids to gently remove dulling, dead skin cells for a smooth, fresh complexion. This assists in lifting the dark skin cells off the skin to help rapidly develop brighter skin. If skin is feeling dry, we suggest incorporating R+F Active Hydration Serum into your daily morning and evening REVERSE Regimen, applying after Step 2 REVERSE Intensive Brightening Toner and/or using SOOTHE Moisturizing Rescue Cream after REVERSE Tone Correcting Treatment at night.

CAN REVERSE REGIMEN BE USED ON THE NECK AND DÉCOLLETAGE?
It's not just your face that shows the effects of environmental ageing, so don't stop at your neck when applying the REVERSE Regimen. Make sure to continue onto your décolletage to help reveal brighter skin. However, be aware that the skin is more delicate in areas such as the neck and décolletage, so you may need to reduce the frequency of use.
